Marcus Rashford Derby Return: Man Utd Kept Forward Fresh for Manchester City Clash
Marcus Rashford was left out of Manchester United’s Champions League victory over Sabah as manager Michael Carrick looked ahead to Sunday’s Manchester derby against Manchester City.
Rashford had started United’s previous Premier League match against Everton and was expected to feature again in the midweek Champions League game. Instead, Carrick kept the forward on the bench for the entire 4-0 win at Old Trafford.

Manchester United made several changes for the Champions League match against Sabah.
