Tara Sykes Charged with Attempted Murder via Roblox
A Florida woman, Tara Alexis Sykes, was arrested after allegedly instructing a 10-year-old child, via the online game Roblox, to harm family members, including dropping a 2-month-old baby on the floor to kill the infant.
Sykes reportedly used the game’s messaging feature to direct the child to throw the infant on a tile floor and also instructed the child to kill adults in the household.
Authorities took Sykes into custody, and she faces charges related to attempted murder and aggravated child abuse.
