Annie Idibia’s Gratitude Post: Embracing Her Maiden Name

Annie Idibia Expresses Gratitude in Name Change Announcement

Nollywood actress Annie Macaulay has returned to social media, marking her comeback with a heartfelt gratitude post and reverting to her maiden name. In her recent Instagram update, she expressed appreciation to her family, friends, and supporters for their unwavering love during her hiatus.

Notably, she signed off the message as “Annie Uwana Macaulay,” dropping the surname “Idibia” she adopted after marrying music legend 2Baba.

Prior to this post, Annie had cleared all content from her Instagram page, signaling a fresh start. Her return coincides with reports of 2Baba’s engagement to Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru, following his announcement of separation from Annie earlier this year.
