Recent findings from a Federal Government investigative panel have revealed that while Bobrisky did serve time in prison, he received special privileges and spent only three weeks at the Kirikiri facility.
The panel confirmed that although Bobrisky was incarcerated, he was treated like a VIP, with restricted interactions and heavy security, leading to allegations that he did not fully serve his six-month sentence.
It was also reported that Bobrisky was transferred to an undisclosed location after those initial weeks.
These revelations have sparked further controversy and investigations into possible corruption within the Nigerian Correctional Service.
