The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) successfully carried out a major operation targeting terrorist activities in the Lake Chad Basin.
On November 23, airstrikes conducted by the Air Component of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) destroyed a critical food depot and neutralized numerous terrorists in Jubillaram, a known stronghold in the region.
The operation was based on detailed intelligence that identified the location as a hub for food storage and a sanctuary for commanders and fighters.
The NAF’s fighter jets destroyed key structures and carried out mop-up operations to eliminate fleeing terrorists.
This action also disrupted the group’s logistical capacity, severely impacting their ability to sustain operations or launch future attacks.
This mission underscores the NAF’s ongoing commitment to counterterrorism efforts and national security, employing independent and joint operations in collaboration with ground forces.
