DaBaby has reached a settlement in the lawsuit stemming from a 2020 incident where he was accused of “sucker-punching” Gary Pagar, the owner of a property where a music video was being filmed.
The altercation occurred during the shoot for Stunna 4 Vegas’ track “Play You Lay” at Pagar’s home, after Pagar raised concerns about the filming violating property rules. Both parties have now agreed to a global settlement, requesting the court to cancel future hearings as the case wraps up.
