Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a lawsuit from a photographer who alleges that Combs coerced him into performing oral sex during a commercial shoot. According to the lawsuit, Combs took the photographer into a trailer on set and pressured him by implying that his career was at stake. The photographer claims that Combs stated, “If you suck right, I’ll make your career take off.”
This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges against Combs. In November 2023, singer Cassie Ventura accused him of long-term physical and sexual abuse, leading to an out-of-court settlement. In September 2024, Combs was arrested on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering, with a federal indictment alleging the formation of a criminal enterprise involved in these activities. Over 30 individuals have since filed lawsuits against him, citing various abuses.
Additionally, a New York judge recently dismissed several claims in producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ $30 million sexual assault and harassment lawsuit against Combs, though some allegations were allowed to proceed.
Combs has consistently denied all allegations, pleading not guilty to the charges and asserting that the claims are attempts for financial gain. His legal team maintains that he looks forward to proving his innocence in court.
