In recent political discourse, the Nigerian presidency has labeled prominent figures such as Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Nasir el-Rufai, and Rotimi Amaechi as “disgruntled politicians” forming a coalition primarily united by their opposition to President Bola Tinubu.
Presidential spokesperson, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, characterized this alliance as an “amalgam of Tinubu haters” driven by personal grievances rather than the public good.
Ngelale further asserted that these leaders are “sore losers” whose primary agenda is to hinder President Tinubu’s progress. He emphasized that, despite their efforts, the President remains focused on addressing Nigeria’s challenges and achieving significant milestones ahead of his midterm.
This development underscores the deepening political divisions within Nigeria, highlighting the complexities President Tinubu faces in uniting the nation and advancing his administration’s objectives amidst opposition from influential political figures.
