The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested 133 individuals in Abuja during a raid on a facility known as Q University, also referred to as Q-Net, suspected of operating a Ponzi scheme.
Q University allegedly lured young Nigerians with promises of unrealistic profits, training recruits to further enlist others under the slogan “Special Training for New Generation Billionaires.” Participants joined the scheme by completing an “Independent Representative Application Form” featuring promotional slogans such as “I’m a Champion,” “I’m Unstoppable,” and “I’m Infinity.”
The EFCC’s operation underscores its commitment to eradicating economic and financial crimes in Nigeria.
