Human rights lawyer Femi Falana and his son, rapper Falz, have issued an ultimatum to popular crossdresser Bobrisky, demanding a retraction and public apology within 12 hours for defamatory claims made in viral audio recordings.
In the recordings, Bobrisky alleged that he had paid N10 million to Falana to secure a presidential pardon and claimed to have asked Falz for N3 million for preferential treatment while incarcerated.
Falana’s legal team has called these allegations completely false and damaging to the reputations of both father and son.
They clarified that no such conversations or financial exchanges occurred and warned that legal action would follow if the demands for a retraction and apology are not met within the stated timeframe.
