Plateau Horror: Video Footage of Gunmen Killing 15 in Devastating Attack

On December 23, 2024, gunmen attacked the Kulben community in Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State, Nigeria, resulting in the deaths of 15 individuals.

The assailants, suspected to be herdsmen, invaded the village in the early hours, opening fire on residents and setting houses ablaze. The attack has been linked to ongoing tensions between local farmers and herders in the region.

The Plateau State Police Command has confirmed the incident and stated that investigations are underway to apprehend the perpetrators.

Security has been reinforced in the area to prevent further violence. Community leaders have called for calm and urged the government to address the underlying causes of such conflicts to prevent future occurrences.
