Actor and director Justin Baldoni has been dropped by his talent agency, WME, following a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by his “It Ends with Us” co-star, Blake Lively.
Lively’s lawsuit alleges that Baldoni engaged in inappropriate behavior on set, including unwanted physical advances, making sexual comments, and entering her trailer without consent while she was undressed.
Additionally, the complaint accuses Baldoni of attempting to damage Lively’s reputation by initiating a smear campaign.
In response to the allegations, Baldoni’s lawyer has denied the claims, describing them as false and motivated by Lively’s desire to fix her own negative reputation.
The situation has garnered reactions from others involved in the project. Author Colleen Hoover, who wrote the novel “It Ends with Us,” has publicly supported Lively, praising her honesty and integrity.
This development has also affected promotional activities for the film. Reports indicate that Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, allegedly blocked Baldoni on Instagram, complicating promotions for their film.
Tensions between Lively and Baldoni were evident as they attended promotional events separately.
