Kanye West has been sued for sexual assault by Jennifer An, a model and former contestant on America’s Next Top Model.
The lawsuit alleges that the incident occurred during a 2010 music video shoot for the song In for the Kill at the Chelsea Hotel in New York.
An claims that West, under the guise of creating art, choked her, forced his fingers down her throat, and made inappropriate remarks, actions she described as emulating forced oral sex.
She states she was left unable to breathe and temporarily blacked out during the ordeal.
The lawsuit also names Universal Music Group as a defendant, accusing the company of neglecting to enforce protections against such behavior despite Kanye West’s alleged history of misconduct.
This follows a series of allegations against West, including a recent lawsuit by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for similar accusations
