New Developments: Diddy Accuser on Beyoncé and Jay-Z

Diddy Accuser Revises Claims on Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Role

In a recent development, Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been removed from a civil lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs. The plaintiff, Manzaro Joseph, initially alleged that the couple witnessed his mistreatment at a 2015 party hosted by Combs.

However, an amended complaint filed on April 11, 2025, no longer mentions the Carters, effectively retracting any claims about their presence or involvement in the incident.

The original lawsuit described a disturbing scenario where Joseph claimed he was drugged and paraded in front of guests, including Beyoncé and Jay-Z. These allegations were met with strong denials from the couple, and Jay-Z’s attorney asserted that they were not in Miami at the time of the alleged event.

While Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been cleared from the lawsuit, LeBron James remains listed in the amended complaint as a witness, not as a defendant. James has not publicly commented on the matter.

Diddy continues to face multiple lawsuits and legal challenges related to allegations of sexual misconduct and trafficking. His legal team has consistently denied these claims, labeling them as baseless and part of a broader pattern of unfounded accusations.
