This development follows Cardi B’s legal actions to prevent the $3.4 million debt from being discharged in Tasha K’s bankruptcy proceedings. Cardi B’s attorneys have accused Tasha K of fraudulently transferring assets to her husband and his business, and of continuing to live a luxurious lifestyle despite declaring bankruptcy.
