Tragedy in Nasarawa: Sister Denies Boyfriend Connection in Young Lady’s Death

Nasarawa Incident: Sister’s Shocking Denial of Her Late Sister’s Alleged Partner

Esther Adaidu, the elder sister of 24-year-old Salome Eleojo Adaidu, who was tragically killed and beheaded in Nasarawa State, has publicly denied any knowledge of a relationship between her sister and the alleged perpetrator, gospel singer Timileyin Ajayi.

In a video statement, Esther emphasized that neither she nor her family were aware of any romantic involvement between Salome and Ajayi.

This statement contradicts earlier reports suggesting that Ajayi claimed Salome was his girlfriend and that he killed her over suspicions of infidelity.

The family’s denial raises questions about the nature of the relationship between Salome and Ajayi, suggesting that Salome may have been an innocent victim with no prior connection to the accused.

The Nasarawa State Police Command has confirmed Ajayi’s arrest and is conducting an ongoing investigation into the incident.

The tragic death of Salome, a recent graduate from Kogi State University, has elicited widespread outrage and calls for justice. Her family has urged authorities to ensure that all individuals involved in her abduction and murder face the full weight of the law.
