Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has confirmed that he expects to return to action on October 19, 2024, after the international break.
Osimhen, who sustained a muscle injury during Galatasaray’s 3-3 draw with Kasimpasa, initially raised concerns about a longer recovery time.
However, in a video update, he assured fans that his return will coincide with Galatasaray’s next league match against Antalyaspor.
This is a relief to both Galatasaray and Super Eagles supporters, as Osimhen had been expected to miss more time, including Nigeria’s AFCON qualifiers.
His early recovery means he is likely to make a significant impact once again for his club after missing crucial fixtures.
