Erika Kirk prayed she was pregnant after Charlie Kirk’s death
US conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, has revealed that she prayed she might have been pregnant shortly after her husband was fatally shot.

Speaking emotionally during an interview with Megyn Kelly, Erika said she and Charlie had always dreamed of having four children together. She explained that discovering a pregnancy in the midst of her grief would have felt like “the ultimate blessing out of this catastrophe.”
Erika added that after Charlie’s death, the hope of possibly carrying another child gave her strength during an unimaginable period of pain.
She also encouraged young couples—especially women—not to delay starting a family, saying careers can wait but time with children cannot be regained.
