Tragedy has struck the global fitness community following the sudden death of a 31-year-old bodybuilding champion, just weeks after he joyfully proposed to his longtime girlfriend.
The athlete, identified as Jake O’Brien, reportedly died unexpectedly in his sleep at his home in Manchester, United Kingdom, only a month after announcing his engagement on social media.
