Afrobeats superstar Davido has revealed a new strategy for dealing with online trolls, saying he no longer blocks critics on social media.
Speaking during a recent interactive session with fans, the award-winning singer explained that he has adopted a more relaxed approach to negative comments. “I no dey block again. Make dem talk, na dem go tire,” Davido said, drawing cheers and laughter from his audience.
The singer, who is often a trending topic on Nigerian social media, noted that trying to silence critics only fuels their obsession. Instead, he believes ignoring trolls allows him to focus on his music, family, and loyal fanbase.
