KJ Biermann Court Supervision Revealed as Prosecutors Raise New Allegations Against Kim Zolciak’s Son
Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., the 15-year-old son of reality television personality Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann, was already under court supervision before prosecutors revealed new allegations involving an underage family member.
The new claims were presented during a bond hearing in Fulton County, Georgia, on Friday. Prosecutors said investigators had previously found videos on KJ’s cellphone that allegedly showed sexual activity involving a family member younger than 12.
The allegations were revealed while KJ was appearing in court over a separate case involving a female classmate. He is facing seven felony charges connected to that case.
KJ Was Reportedly Under Court Supervision
According to prosecutors, KJ had been under court supervision since October 2025 following an earlier incident involving the same family member.
The District Attorney’s office said investigators later found multiple videos on KJ’s phone. Prosecutors alleged that the videos showed sexual encounters and included language they described as predatory and derogatory.
The claims have not been proven in court. KJ remains a minor, and his defense team has strongly disputed the allegations surrounding his cases.
His attorney, Jason Sheffield, has argued that earlier events have been misunderstood and that KJ should not be treated like an adult defendant.
Separate Felony Case
The latest revelations are connected to a separate criminal case involving an alleged incident with a female classmate.
KJ has been indicted on seven felony counts, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment and three counts of sexual battery against a child under 16.
The indictment concerns an alleged incident in April 2026 at a fitness facility in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Prosecutors described the allegations as serious and said the alleged victim suffered documented physical injuries. The defense has rejected the prosecution’s characterization of the case and continues to maintain KJ’s innocence.
Kim Zolciak Defends Her Son
Kim Zolciak has publicly denied the allegations against her son.
Following KJ’s arrest, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star said the accusations were false and described them as deeply troubling. She said KJ voluntarily took a polygraph examination and passed it.
Zolciak also said an examination did not find DNA belonging to her son. She urged people not to reach conclusions before the legal process is completed.
KJ’s attorney has likewise emphasized that his client is presumed innocent.
Judge Sets Strict Bond Conditions
KJ was granted a $200,000 bond following Friday’s hearing.
The court imposed strict conditions on his release. They include house arrest, electronic monitoring and restrictions on contact with minors and the alleged victim.
The judge’s decision came after prosecutors requested a substantial bond because of the seriousness of the allegations. KJ’s defense had asked for a lower bond and proposed that his mother supervise him at home.
KJ Seeks Juvenile Court
KJ’s legal team is also seeking to have the case transferred to juvenile court.
His attorney has argued that KJ was only 14 when the alleged incident occurred and that his age and psychological development should be considered. The defense has also raised concerns about the impact of adult criminal proceedings on the teenager.
The case is scheduled to continue with an arraignment on October 14. His attorney has indicated that KJ is expected to plead not guilty.
Legal Case Continues
The allegations against KJ have attracted significant public attention because of his parents’ celebrity status.
However, the case remains a legal matter involving a minor, and the allegations made in court have not been established as facts. Prosecutors will have to prove their claims through the legal process, while KJ’s defense will have the opportunity to challenge the evidence.
For now, the teenager remains under strict court conditions as his legal team continues to fight the charges and seeks a juvenile-court proceeding.
The next major development is expected at his October arraignment, when the case will move into another stage of the legal process.
