The video, obtained and first published by CNN, was recorded by a neighbor on the morning of June 14. It shows emergency responders wheeling a person believed to be McConnell from his residence to an awaiting ambulance. The individual’s face is not visible in the footage because they are covered by a blanket, although neighbors told CNN they recognized the senator during the emergency response.
