The Chairman of the Oyo State Fire Service, Maroof Akinwande, confirmed that the fire was reported at exactly 11:55 am, and that his team promptly responded to the emergency. When they arrived, the studio was already engulfed in flames and smoke, but the firefighters worked swiftly to prevent the blaze from spreading to other parts of the building. Thankfully, no casualties were recorded, and valuable equipment worth millions of naira was salvaged.
